As we gather around the table and reflect on the season’s blessings, let’s also embrace the spirit of balance—enjoying the feast while nourishing our well-being.
Try Something Different: This year, add a twist to your Thanksgiving table with this healthy, crowd-pleasing recipe:

Quinoa & Cranberry Stuffed Acorn Squash Ingredients:
Two acorn squashes, halved and seeded
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon & salt

Directions:
Roast squash halves at 400°F for 25 minutes.
Mix cooked quinoa, cranberries, walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
Stuff the squash halves and bake for another 10 minutes.
This festive dish is as nourishing as it is delicious! 🎉
